3 DISTINCT VILLAGES
ESG Conscious

1,200 ACRES | That’s equivalent to 910 football fields!

Nestled on over 1,200 acres of land, Taza is an expansive development that extends 10 kilometers along Stoney Trail/Tsuut’ina Trail and is conveniently located adjacent to the city of Calgary’s southwestern border, the Municipal District of the Foothills, and Rocky View County. It is a meticulously planned community that aims to create a vibrant and welcoming environment for tenants, customers, and visitors alike, and will be home to more than 25,000 future residents.

THREE DISTINCT VILLAGES | Explore Taza Park, Taza Crossing, and Taza Exchange

Discover the unique charm and interconnectedness of Taza’s three vibrant villages: Taza Park, Taza Crossing, and Taza Exchange. Set against a backdrop of breathtaking natural landscapes and a rich, colourful history, each village offers its own unique charm and character, but all are united by a shared vision for a thriving business, lifestyle, shopping, and entertainment hub.

Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance.

Taza recongnizes that transparent, accurate and comparable environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) data is critical for evaluating a company’s long-term sustainability. There is also a critical need to redefine ESG in an Indigenous context, so Taza is constantly seeking opportunities to make metrics reflective of Tsuut’ina worldviews and cultural priorities. The Taza ESG Strategy aims to change the way people think about ESG in an Indigenous context. By developing with Tsuut’ina teachings and the goal of economic reconciliation in mind, Taza seeks to make a meaningful, measurable impact in topics that matter to the Nation.
